Australia entered into a Migration and Mobility Partnership Agreement which will allow eligible individuals to live and work in Australia for up to 2 years. This scheme will benefit in both the countries in two ways:

  1. It will benefit an (Indian) individual to get exposure and gain work experience in Australia. 
  2. Australia will get access to Indian’s most talented graduates with in demand work skills.

Eligibility requirements 

  • Be aged 18 to 30 years  
  • Minimum English Language skills requirement 
  • Graduated within 2 years from an eligible educational institution
  • Bachelors’ degree or higher in one of the following:
    • Renewable energy
    • Mining
    • Engineering
    • Information Communications Technology (ICT)
    • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
    • Financial Technology (FinTech)
    • Agricultural Technology (Agri Tech).
    • Points to be NOTED:
     
  • 3000 places for primary applicants per program year.
  • Yes, Family (spouse and dependent children) can accompany
  • Visa can be extended in to, if permitted for a temporary visa or permanent residency visa
